W² Education respects your privacy and is dedicated to handling your personal information with the highest standards of professionalism. - Identifiable information. Full name, date of birth and contact details such as phone number, email address and residential address. For exam events we also collect the student’s NESA student number so that it can be printed on their paper.
- Academic information. Educational background, school, enrolment data, course progression, exam results and any other details needed to run our courses and events.
- Sensitive information. In rare circumstances we may collect sensitive information, such as health-related information, with your explicit consent. It is handled in compliance with privacy law and collected only when necessary to provide our services.
- Usage data. Anonymous website usage data such as browser type, referring website and pages visited. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information.
We only collect personal information directly from the individual, unless that is impractical or unreasonable. Where information about a third party is provided to us, we require assurance that the individual has consented to its disclosure.
How we use your information
The primary purpose of collecting your information is to deliver the educational services and events for which you have engaged us. We may also use it to improve our services and to run the business efficiently. Specific purposes include:
- Student management. Processing enrolments and event registrations, scheduling classes, marking and reporting exam results, tracking academic progress and maintaining records.

- Payments. Event registrations are paid through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by W² Education. Stripe’s handling of that information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
- Marketing and promotion. W² Education may, from time to time, showcase the academic achievements of our students, including HSC or school outcomes. This may involve the publication of anonymised or attributed results, which may feature names and photographs of students, with prior consent. We believe celebrating student success demonstrates the quality of our educational services.
- Workforce management. Recruiting, managing and administering employees, contractors and other service providers, including compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
W² Education will not use your personal information in any way that is inconsistent with the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law.
Consent and access to your information
